ArionPlay Philippines: What Should Players Know?
ArionPlay is an online gaming brand in the Philippines associated with NEMO Interactive Group Corporation (NEMO-IG). PAGCOR’s list of accredited Gaming System Administrators dated January 29, 2026 identifies Fairplay as NEMO-IG’s main brand, lists ArionPlay among its sub-brands, and associates arionplay.com with ArionPlay. Apple’s Philippine App Store separately identifies NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as the developer of the ArionPlay iPhone app.
Those records help establish who is behind ArionPlay and which domain is associated with the brand. They do not, however, prove every claim made about ArionPlay online. Bonus amounts, withdrawal times, payment limits, app details and promotions can change and need separate verification.
Evidence last reviewed: October 1, 2026
ArionPlay at a Glance
| Item | What the evidence shows |
|---|---|
| Brand | ArionPlay |
| Market covered here | Philippines |
| Gaming System Administrator | NEMO Interactive Group Corporation (NEMO-IG) |
| Main brand listed for NEMO-IG | Fairplay |
| ArionPlay relationship | Listed as a sub-brand |
| Domain listed for ArionPlay | arionplay.com |
| PAGCOR-listed game offerings for NEMO-IG | Electronic Casino Games, Numeric Games, Specialty Games and Sports Betting |
| iPhone app developer | NEMO Interactive Group Corporation |
| iPhone age rating | 18+ on Apple’s App Store |
| Philippine gambling age | 21+ under PAGCOR rules |
| GCash/Maya | ArionPlay’s App Store description states both are supported |
| Independently established withdrawal time | Not established by our current evidence |
One distinction in this table is particularly important: Apple’s app age classification and Philippine eligibility rules are not the same thing. Apple currently labels the app 18+, while PAGCOR states that people under 21 are prohibited from gambling. For gambling eligibility in the Philippines, the regulatory rule is the relevant restriction.
What Is ArionPlay?
ArionPlay is a Philippine online gaming brand listed by PAGCOR under NEMO Interactive Group Corporation. In PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 Gaming System Administrator registry, NEMO-IG’s approved game offerings include electronic casino games, numeric games, specialty games and sports betting.
The current public ArionPlay website also displays multiple gaming categories, including slots, live games, poker, sports, fishing and arcade titles.
This distinction matters because ArionPlay should not be treated as though it were the legal company, the regulator and the website simultaneously. They are related but different entities:
ArionPlay is the brand.
NEMO Interactive Group Corporation is the Gaming System Administrator associated with the brand in PAGCOR’s registry.
Fairplay is identified as NEMO-IG’s main brand in the same registry.
PAGCOR is the Philippine regulator whose published records provide the regulatory evidence discussed in this guide.
arionplay.com is the domain PAGCOR lists for the ArionPlay sub-brand.
Keeping those roles separate prevents several common misunderstandings found in third-party ArionPlay content.
Who Operates ArionPlay?
PAGCOR lists ArionPlay under NEMO Interactive Group Corporation (NEMO-IG) in its January 29, 2026 list of accredited Gaming System Administrators and registered brands and domains.
The relationship can be represented simply:
NEMO Interactive Group Corporation → main brand → Fairplay
NEMO Interactive Group Corporation → sub-brand → ArionPlay
ArionPlay → PAGCOR-listed domain → arionplay.com
There is also independent corroboration outside PAGCOR’s registry. Apple’s Philippine App Store identifies NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as the developer/provider of the ArionPlay iPhone application.
Together, these sources provide a clearer entity relationship than simply relying on an ArionPlay-branded website’s own description.
Is ArionPlay the Same as Fairplay?
No. PAGCOR’s January 2026 registry distinguishes them.
Fairplay is listed as NEMO-IG’s main brand, while ArionPlay is listed as one of its sub-brands, alongside PeryaPlay, LuckyPlay and XoPlay.
That means it would be imprecise to describe Fairplay and ArionPlay as interchangeable names for exactly the same brand.
Is ArionPlay Listed by PAGCOR?
Yes. PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 registry lists ArionPlay as a sub-brand under NEMO Interactive Group Corporation.
The same entry identifies:
Fairplay as the main brand;
PeryaPlay, LuckyPlay, XoPlay and ArionPlay as sub-brands;
fairplay.ph as the main domain; and
arionplay.com among the corresponding sub-brand domains.
An earlier PAGCOR document dated March 18, 2025 also associated NEMO-IG, Fairplay, ArionPlay and www.ArionPlay.com, providing historical corroboration of that relationship.
Is “41” ArionPlay’s PAGCOR License or Brand Number?
The evidence reviewed does not establish that interpretation.
NEMO Interactive Group Corporation appears at row 41 in PAGCOR’s January 2026 table. Some third-party ArionPlay pages turn table numbers into labels such as a “brand number” or “GSA number.”
A table position should not automatically be described as a permanent ArionPlay license number unless PAGCOR explicitly defines it that way.
The more defensible statement is:
In PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 registry, NEMO Interactive Group Corporation appears at entry 41, with ArionPlay listed as one of its sub-brands.
This preserves what the source actually establishes without giving the row number a stronger meaning.
What Does the PAGCOR Listing Actually Prove?
The PAGCOR registry provides evidence about the regulatory and entity relationships shown in the document. It supports the connection between NEMO-IG, Fairplay, ArionPlay and the listed domain.
It should not be stretched into claims the registry does not establish.
A PAGCOR listing does not by itself prove that:
every withdrawal will be processed within a particular number of minutes;
every promotion shown by a third-party website is current;
every website containing “ArionPlay” in its domain is associated with the registered brand;
every player will have the same payment experience;
an advertised bonus will always be available;
an individual player will win; or
every statement on an affiliate or review website is accurate.
Those questions require their own evidence.
This is why regulatory verification, payment verification and promotion verification should be treated as separate tasks.
What Is the PAGCOR-Listed ArionPlay Domain?
PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 registry lists arionplay.com alongside the ArionPlay sub-brand.
There is useful corroboration from another source: GCash’s Help Center currently identifies arionplay.com as the website for the Arionplay gaming merchant in its information about the removal of gaming access from GLife.
This matters because search results contain multiple domains using the ArionPlay name or presenting ArionPlay-related information.
A domain appearing in Google, containing the brand name, or describing itself as “official” is not by itself evidence that PAGCOR registered that domain for ArionPlay.
How Can You Check an ArionPlay Website Yourself?
You can independently verify the domain rather than relying on a review page:
Visit PAGCOR’s regulatory website.
Find the latest list of accredited Gaming System Administrators and registered brands/domains.
Locate NEMO Interactive Group Corporation.
Check the main and sub-brands listed under the company.
Locate ArionPlay.
Compare the associated domain with the website you intend to visit.
Check the publication date in case PAGCOR has released a newer registry.
The date matters. Regulatory information can change, so an old screenshot or an undated claim should not automatically override a newer official record.
What Games Does ArionPlay Offer?
The public ArionPlay website currently exposes multiple gaming sections, including slots, live games, poker, sports, fishing and arcade games.
The lobby also displays titles attributed to multiple game providers. Because the inventory can change, a current lobby inspection is more useful than permanently stating an exact number of games.
Some third-party ArionPlay pages claim the platform has more than 1,000 games. We have not independently counted the entire current catalogue, so this guide does not present that number as an established fact.
Slots
The public lobby displays numerous slot titles and provider labels. Slots form a substantial part of the visible game catalogue.
Game availability can change, so individual titles should be treated as a current snapshot rather than a permanent list.
Live Games
ArionPlay’s public navigation includes a live-game section, while its App Store description advertises live dealer casino games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack.
The latter is developer-supplied information hosted by Apple, so it is more precise to say the app’s description advertises those games than to imply Apple independently tested their availability.
Sports Betting
Sports betting is one of the game offerings PAGCOR lists for NEMO-IG. ArionPlay’s public site also includes a Sports category, and its App Store description advertises sports betting.
This creates multiple points of corroboration that sports betting is part of the platform’s offering.
Fishing and Arcade Games
The current public website includes separate Fishing and Arcade categories.
These categories are worth distinguishing from conventional slot or live casino games because users searching for the overall ArionPlay catalogue may otherwise assume the platform consists only of casino tables and slots.
Does ArionPlay Support GCash?
ArionPlay’s current Philippine App Store description states that the platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash and Maya.
That is evidence that the developer publicly advertises these payment methods. It should not be interpreted as independent proof that every GCash or Maya transaction is instant or that limits and processing times never change.
There is also an important Philippine payments distinction.
GCash says that, in compliance with BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, licensed gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed from GCash’s GLife gaming section effective August 16, 2025. GCash tells users to coordinate directly with gaming merchants through their official channels and lists arionplay.com for Arionplay.
So these are two different questions:
Does ArionPlay advertise GCash as a payment method?
Yes, its App Store description currently does.
Can users access gaming top-ups and withdrawals through the old GLife gaming section?
GCash says those gaming services were removed from GLife effective August 16, 2025.
That distinction is easy to miss when older guides simply say “ArionPlay works with GCash.”
How Do ArionPlay Withdrawals Work?
The broad answer is that withdrawal rules should be checked inside the current platform and its applicable terms before a transaction is made.
This article intentionally does not publish a universal minimum withdrawal, maximum withdrawal, fee or guaranteed processing time because our current primary evidence does not establish a single current set of those figures for every user and method.
Several third-party pages publish very specific numbers, including claims of approximately 10-minute GCash withdrawals, particular minimums and daily limits. Those claims should not be upgraded into facts simply because they are precise.
How Long Does an ArionPlay Withdrawal Take?
We have not established a universal ArionPlay withdrawal time from sufficiently strong independent evidence.
ArionPlay’s App Store description uses promotional wording about “instant” GCash and Maya deposits and withdrawals. That wording is supplied by the developer.
Meanwhile, some third-party pages give exact processing ranges. Other reviewers explicitly acknowledge that they did not perform a real-money withdrawal test.
Because we have not conducted and documented a withdrawal ourselves, this guide does not claim a measured payout time.
Actual processing may also depend on factors such as verification requirements, the payment method and the circumstances of the account.
Does ArionPlay Require Identity Verification?
PAGCOR’s regulatory framework requires Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for players on covered remote gaming platforms.
PAGCOR’s framework states that full KYC and identity verification must be completed before a player’s first withdrawal/cash-out request or within seven days of registration, whichever occurs first.
The framework also describes identity-verification measures involving government-issued identification and verification technologies or procedures.
This regulatory requirement is more useful than treating KYC as an arbitrary ArionPlay inconvenience: identity verification is part of the broader regulatory framework applicable to covered gaming platforms.
Users should still consult the current ArionPlay interface and terms for the exact documents and steps applicable to their account.
Does ArionPlay Have an iPhone App?
Yes. Apple’s Philippine App Store currently lists ArionPlay – Casino Slots Games, with NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as the developer.
At the time of this review, Apple showed:
| App detail | Current App Store information |
|---|---|
| Developer | NEMO Interactive Group Corporation |
| Category | Casino |
| Version | 1.0.8 |
| Size | 32.4 MB |
| Compatibility | iOS 15.1 or later |
| App Store age rating | 18+ |
| Language | English |
These details are time-sensitive and can change after an app update.
Does Apple’s 18+ Rating Mean 18-Year-Olds Can Gamble on ArionPlay?
No.
An App Store content rating is not the same thing as legal or regulatory gambling eligibility.
PAGCOR states that persons under 21 are prohibited from gambling. PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming materials also identify government officials and employees covered by the prohibition, AFP and PNP members, people in the National Database of Restricted Persons and Gaming Employment License holders among those prohibited from gambling.
The current ArionPlay website similarly displays a notice requiring users to confirm that they are over 21 and not within several restricted categories.
For Philippine gambling eligibility, users should follow the applicable regulatory restrictions, not infer eligibility from an app-store content rating.
What Does the ArionPlay App Collect?
Apple’s App Privacy section says that the developer has indicated that identifiers and usage data may be used for tracking and may be linked to a user’s identity for purposes including advertising and analytics.
Apple also explicitly states that this privacy information was supplied by the developer and has not been verified by Apple.
That qualification matters.
The accurate interpretation is not:
Apple verified ArionPlay’s privacy practices.
It is:
NEMO Interactive Group Corporation submitted privacy-practice information that Apple displays on the ArionPlay App Store listing.
Users concerned about data handling should review the current app privacy disclosure and the platform’s privacy policy before providing personal information.
What Bonuses Does ArionPlay Offer?
ArionPlay displays promotions, but bonus information is highly volatile.
The public website currently contains provider promotions and promotional banners. Recent third-party investigations have also documented registration, deposit, rebate and return offers at particular dates.
However, competing ArionPlay pages publish substantially different bonus amounts and conditions.
For example, one third-party page inspected public ArionPlay promotion material in September 2026 and reported a ₱5 registration bonus at that time, while other ArionPlay-branded third-party pages advertised a ₱100 no-deposit credit or much larger welcome offers.
Those conflicting claims demonstrate why a bonus should be verified against current promotion terms rather than copied from a search result.
Before accepting a promotion, check:
qualifying deposit requirements;
maximum reward;
wagering or turnover requirements;
eligible games;
maximum bet restrictions;
expiration;
withdrawal conditions; and
promotion dates.
A large headline amount can be misleading if important limits appear deeper in the terms.
Why Do Different Websites Show Different ArionPlay Information?
There are several possible reasons.
First, information changes. Promotions, app versions, game catalogues and payment rules are more volatile than the underlying brand identity.
Second, some pages may be describing different dates. A promotion observed in September may no longer exist in October.
Third, some websites repeat claims from other websites rather than verifying the underlying source.
Fourth, similar-looking domains can create entity confusion. A website using “ArionPlay” in its name is not automatically the domain PAGCOR associates with the ArionPlay sub-brand.
Finally, a precise number can still be unsupported. A page saying “10 minutes” sounds more authoritative than one saying “processing time varies,” but precision alone is not evidence.
When sources conflict, the useful question is not simply “Which page ranks higher?” It is:
Which source is closest to the underlying fact, when was it published or checked, and exactly what does it prove?
Is ArionPlay Legit?
There is strong primary-source evidence for a narrower and more useful answer:
PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 registry lists ArionPlay as a sub-brand under NEMO Interactive Group Corporation and associates arionplay.com with the ArionPlay entry. Apple’s Philippine App Store separately identifies NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as the developer of the ArionPlay app.
Those facts establish important regulatory and entity relationships.
They should not be expanded into a blanket guarantee about every aspect of the user experience.
For example, regulatory listing does not guarantee:
winnings;
a particular payout time;
uninterrupted service;
that every similarly named website is connected to ArionPlay; or
that every promotion advertised elsewhere is current.
A better way to evaluate the platform is to verify each important question against the source best positioned to answer it.
Who Is Not Allowed to Gamble?
PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming information states that people under 21 are prohibited from gambling. It also identifies government officials and employees covered by the rules, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine National Police, people listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons, and Gaming Employment License holders among restricted groups.
The current ArionPlay website displays a similar eligibility notice. It asks users to confirm that they are over 21, are not a government official, GEL holder, AFP or PNP member, are not in the NDRP and are not playing in public or open places.
Eligibility rules matter before registration or depositing—not after a problem occurs.
What Is PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons?
The National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP) is used to identify people who must be prevented from gambling on regulated platforms and venues.
It should not be described simply as a list of “gambling addicts.”
PAGCOR has specifically clarified that the NDRP includes people prohibited for different reasons, including government officials and individuals covered by self-, family- or licensee-initiated exclusion.
PAGCOR’s regulatory framework requires covered gaming operators to use the database when screening players.
What Responsible-Gaming Rules Should Players Know?
PAGCOR states plainly that gambling is not a source of income.
Its responsible-gaming guidance advises players to set time and money limits, avoid borrowing money to gamble and avoid chasing losses.
That context is particularly important when reading casino promotions. Cashback, rebates and bonuses do not remove the underlying risk of losing money.
PAGCOR also operates exclusion mechanisms. Its published procedures allow qualifying individuals to request self-exclusion for periods including six months, one year or five years, with the first six months of a self-exclusion period irrevocable.
Someone experiencing difficulty controlling gambling should prioritize those safeguards over promotional offers or attempts to recover previous losses.
What Can Be Reliably Verified About ArionPlay?
The most useful way to summarize the research is to separate evidence levels.
| Claim | Finding | Evidence status |
|---|---|---|
| ArionPlay is associated with NEMO-IG | Supported by PAGCOR | Verified |
| Fairplay is NEMO-IG’s main brand | PAGCOR January 2026 registry | Verified |
| ArionPlay is listed as a sub-brand | PAGCOR January 2026 registry | Verified |
| arionplay.com is associated with ArionPlay | PAGCOR registry; corroborated by GCash merchant information | Verified |
| NEMO develops the iPhone app | Apple App Store | Verified listing |
| GCash and Maya are advertised as payment methods | ArionPlay App Store description | Developer-stated |
| Public lobby has slots/live/poker/sports/fishing/arcade categories | Current ArionPlay public site | Observed |
| GCash withdrawal averages 10 minutes | Third-party pages make this claim | Not independently verified |
| ArionPlay has exactly 1,000+ games | Third-party claim | Not independently counted |
| “41” is ArionPlay’s permanent license number | Not established by the PAGCOR table | Unsupported interpretation |
| Current bonus amount | Changes over time | Requires current verification |
This distinction is more useful than treating every search result as equally authoritative.
What Should You Check Before Using ArionPlay?
Before registering, depositing or supplying identity information, verify the points that matter to your own account:
Domain: Compare the site with PAGCOR’s latest registered-domain information.
Eligibility: Make sure you meet Philippine age and player-eligibility requirements.
Payment method: Confirm that your intended deposit and withdrawal method is currently available.
Withdrawal rules: Check current minimums, verification requirements, limits and any applicable fees before depositing.
Bonus terms: Read turnover, expiration, eligible-game and withdrawal conditions instead of relying on the headline amount.
App source: Check the publisher/developer before installing an application.
Privacy: Review how identity and usage information may be collected.
Responsible gaming: Decide your money and time limits before playing, not after losses occur.
If any important term is unclear, verify it through the platform’s current terms or support before committing money.
How We Researched This ArionPlay Guide
This guide prioritizes sources according to how directly they can establish a fact.
For regulatory and entity relationships, we use PAGCOR records.
For the iPhone application’s developer, version and App Store information, we use Apple’s Philippine App Store.
For current public game categories and eligibility notices, we inspect the public ArionPlay website.
For the change to gaming access through GCash’s GLife section, we use GCash’s own Help Center.
Third-party ArionPlay pages are useful for discovering claims, questions and contradictions, but they are not treated as primary evidence for important regulatory, payment or promotional claims.
What We Did Not Test
We did not conduct a real-money deposit or withdrawal as part of this research.
We therefore do not claim an independently measured withdrawal time.
We also did not independently count every game in the ArionPlay catalogue, so we do not state a precise total.
And where current payment limits, fees or bonus conditions could not be established from sufficiently strong current evidence, we leave them unresolved rather than substituting a competitor’s number.
ArionPlay Frequently Asked Question
What is ArionPlay?
ArionPlay is an online gaming brand listed by PAGCOR as a sub-brand under NEMO Interactive Group Corporation. PAGCOR’s January 2026 registry associates arionplay.com with ArionPlay.
Who operates ArionPlay?
PAGCOR lists ArionPlay under Gaming System Administrator NEMO Interactive Group Corporation. Apple’s Philippine App Store also identifies NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as the developer of the ArionPlay iPhone app.
Is ArionPlay part of Fairplay?
PAGCOR lists Fairplay as NEMO-IG’s main brand and ArionPlay as one of its sub-brands. They are therefore related in the registry but should not be treated as interchangeable brand names.
What domain does PAGCOR list for ArionPlay?
PAGCOR’s January 29, 2026 registered-brands document lists arionplay.com for the ArionPlay sub-brand. GCash’s Help Center also lists arionplay.com for the Arionplay gaming merchant.
Is 41 ArionPlay’s PAGCOR license number?
The PAGCOR document reviewed shows NEMO-IG at row 41. The document does not establish that table position as a permanent “ArionPlay license number,” so we do not describe it that way.
Does ArionPlay accept GCash?
ArionPlay’s Philippine App Store description currently states that GCash and Maya are supported for deposits and withdrawals. GCash separately says gaming services were removed from its GLife section in August 2025, so GCash payment support should not be confused with gaming access through GLife.
How fast are ArionPlay withdrawals?
We have not independently established a universal processing time. Some third-party pages publish specific estimates, while the App Store description uses “instant” promotional wording. Without a documented real-money test or stronger current evidence, we do not present a guaranteed withdrawal time.
Does ArionPlay have an iPhone app?
Yes. Apple’s Philippine App Store lists ArionPlay – Casino Slots Games and identifies NEMO Interactive Group Corporation as its developer. App version, size and compatibility can change and should be checked on the current listing.
Can an 18-year-old use ArionPlay because Apple’s app is rated 18+?
The App Store’s 18+ classification does not override Philippine gambling rules. PAGCOR states that people under 21 are prohibited from gambling.
What games are on ArionPlay?
The current public website includes categories for slots, live games, poker, sports, fishing and arcade games. Individual titles and providers can change over time.
What is the current ArionPlay registration bonus?
Bonus information changes and competing websites publish conflicting figures. Check the current ArionPlay promotion terms before relying on a bonus amount shown in a review or search result.
Are all websites with “ArionPlay” in their domain official?
A matching brand name alone does not establish official or regulatory status. PAGCOR’s January 2026 registry associates arionplay.com with the ArionPlay sub-brand. Users should compare any other domain with the latest PAGCOR records.
Is gambling a way to make money?
No. PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming guidance explicitly says gambling is not a source of income and advises players to set limits, avoid borrowing to gamble and avoid chasing losses.
